Wild winter beer with stewed pears from Bellefleur Boomgaardbeheer and Dutch spices. This beer is sweet from the unique herbal mixture of, among others, Vanilla from Koppert Cress and roasted willow bark from the Ketelbroek food forest. The stewed pears simmered in beer with the spices for 3 hours and then macerated in the beer for another 2 weeks. The higher alcohol percentage and winter ingredients provide a warming beer, perfect for cold days. Delicious on its own or with a winter stew.
