Barrel aged wild blond beer with Kiwi

Barrel-aged wild beer with kiwi. The kiwi’s are from Fruit Lent’s garden in Nijmegen-Noord. Kiwi’s ripen over the winter in sealed bags. In the spring we macerated the ripe kiwi’s with their skins on. It is very unique that we can work with Dutch kiwi’s because they are not commercially grown in the Netherlands. The kiwi’s shine through in the scent in a subtle, but pure way, with a strong acidity from the kiwi itself.
