Pitt & Rubi is a hybrid of beer made by Flügge Brauerei (Berliner Weiße style sour beer) and wine by Daniel Mattern (orange wine from the Siegerrebe), fermented with both Saison yeast and Brettanomyces, then aged on apricot puree. 6.5%
