We are a small sustainable brewery with a passion for fermentation techniques. We find inspiration for our recipes in every aspect of our daily lives: edible flowers, fruits and herbs that surround us, cheeses and chocolates that are made by craftsmen, a good glass of natural wine or a surprising dish.

We work solely with mixed fermentation cultures, which results in dry, refreshing, and complex beers. Most of our beers are aged in wooden barrels to create deeper flavours. Our ingredients are sourced locally and organically whenever possible.
